4. ARTICLE 20 - HARTFORD AVE DRAINAGE EASEMENT -
Email from Department of Public Works, 5/6/2015 - Funding Requested – from Road Bond - $2,000.00 (The appraised value is only $150.00 $2,000 allows room for negotiation to avoid eminent domain acquisition.)
5. ARTICLE 19. SNETT PARKING AND ACCESS LAND GRANT
Email from Department of Public Works, 5/11/2015 - I have attached the plan for Article 19 which will be delivered to the Town Clerk today. This may be a last minute pass over. I have not received any confirmation from DCR’s attorney if this plan is sufficient for a vote of the Town under Article 97 requirements. If he says no before Town Meeting, we will pass over. No money involved.
6. ARTICLE 21. PINE GROVE AVE SEWER PUMP STATION EASEMENT
Email from Department of Public Works - 5/14/2015 - We made no progress [with Conservation Commission]. Please add to the pre TM FinCom agenda a vote to pass over Article 21.
7. ARTICLE 26. UNPAID BILLS
Email from Christopher Laviolette, 5/11/2015 - I’ve got one item that will need to be added to the Unpaid Bill Article - $359.99 to WB Mason. It was for an office chair that I purchased. Bill was being address to Community Development inadvertently and I never received it until now. We can fund this from Free Cash.
8. ARTICLE 1, TREASURER/COLLECTOR ITEM 145.
Email from Denis Fraine, 5/12/2015 - The Selectmen voted last night to recommend filling a clerical position in the Finance Office that has been vacant for a couple of years. The Board, along with the CFO and Assessor (Betsy) would like to discuss this change to Article 1 during your meeting prior to the Town Meeting. Can you please schedule this item,
